Keysight Technologies, Inc. has announced the appointment of Thierry Locquette as the Regional Vice President of Sales in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
With his deep expertise and international focus, Thierry Locquette is responsible for accelerating growth across Keysight’s key industries including wireless, semiconductor, research and education, aerospace and defence, quantum and automotive said:
“Since its creation, Keysight has continued to strengthen its market position, and has significantly expanded its research and development (R&D) footprint in Europe, both organically and by acquisition. We now have over 15 R&D and manufacturing sites in the region. I am excited to continue to build on this momentum, collaborating with our teams to ensure we offer market-leading solutions that meet local customer needs.”

This strategic appointment cements Keysight’s continued commitment to expanding its presence across EMEA. Locquette, a seasoned expert with over 25 years at Keysight, has held several different sales positions within the company. His customer-centric leadership and market knowledge have been instrumental in steering his teams to achieve growth.
In addition to his new responsibilities, Locquette will continue to serve as the General Manager of Keysight France.
